Add Tamil translation, by Kamala Kannan K and அனிச்பிரபு தி, #2211. Add MicrobitImage inspector for Object inspector. Fix error with evaluating globals() on MicroPython device, #1938. Don't assume all CircuitPython boards have RTC, #1760. Fix various problems with managing files on CircuitPython devices. Make Shell read-only when device is disconnected.
